Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of ProcWatch, a macOS application distributed through procwatch.app. By purchasing or using ProcWatch you agree to them.
1. Who you're buying from
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles checkout, payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, billing support, and refunds for your purchase. The name on your card statement and receipt will reference Dodo Payments. ProcWatch (the developer) builds and supports the software itself.
2. What you're buying
ProcWatch is sold as a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges, no tiers. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ProcWatch on Macs you own or control, up to the activation limit shown at checkout. App updates are delivered free through the app's built-in updater.
3. Delivery and license keys
After a successful payment, Dodo Payments emails you a download link for the app and a license key. The key activates the app and can be deactivated from within the app (Settings → License) to move to a new Mac. Keep your key private; keys that are shared publicly or resold may be revoked.
4. Refunds
Purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in the refund policy. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; a refunded purchase deactivates the associated license key.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or your license key.
- Don't attempt to circumvent license validation.
- Don't use ProcWatch in violation of any law that applies to you.
6. Warranty disclaimer
ProcWatch is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. ProcWatch observes and reports process activity; acting on that information (for example, terminating a process) is your decision and your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising out of or relating to ProcWatch is limited to the amount you paid for it. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of ProcWatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected] or the Support section. Billing questions can also go to Dodo Payments via the receipt in your purchase email.
