Refund Policy

Every ProcWatch purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the app isn't for you, you get your money back — no forms, no hoops.

How it works

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you bought with. Including your order reference (in your receipt, and shown on the post-checkout page) speeds things up, but isn't required.
• You don't need to give a reason — though if something didn't work, we'd genuinely like the chance to fix it first.
• The refund is issued in full by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Once processed, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What a refund means

• Your license key is deactivated and the app will no longer accept it.
• Your download access through the Dodo Payments customer portal ends.
• Any monitoring data ProcWatch recorded stays on your Mac — it was always only there. Deleting the app removes it.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, refunds aren't guaranteed — but write in anyway. If the app genuinely doesn't work on a supported Mac (macOS 14 Sonoma or later) and support can't get it working, we'll make it right.
